Janitor (PT) - The Janitor's responsibilities include but not limited to cleaning of all floor surfaces. Our facility thrives on maintaining our tile floors and carpets on a daily basis. Which include mopping, vacuuming, and buffing. This position also includes lifting heavy items.

Speech and Language Pathologist (FT or PT) - To travel between Dayspring and Hillspring Locations.

Therapy (PRN, weekend coverage) - Physical Therapists, Physical Therapy Assistants, Occupational Therapy Assistants needed for PRN weekend coverage.

Occupational Therapist or COTA (FT) - Evaluates and treats patients as a part of the therapy team.  Works with another OT's and COTA's.  Work in a department which specializes in short term rehabilitation and acts as a member of the facility's interdisciplinary team.   REquires an energetic person.

Staffing Coordinator (FT) - Assists ADON and DON with around the clock staffing for nursing department. Coordinates paper work for new hires. Tracks and coordinates inservices. Inputs schedules into computer.

Medical Records Coordinator(FT) - Maintains, analyzes, and evaluates medical records for proper completion and organizes medical record files. Completes correspondence and handles release of information with regards to resident records. Must be able to communicate effectively with health care team, including medical staff and administrator. Must have working knowledge of general office procedures and computer applications.
